The multi-disc Joyride sets also offers a chance to hear two previously unreleased demos of songs originally released by PerРІР‚в„ўs former group Gyllene Tider, who in 1984 tried to break the international market with the album РІР‚ВHeartland CafР“В©РІР‚в„ў. The former has 35 bonus tracks including 12 previously unreleased songs, among them the first recording of РІР‚ВHotbloodedРІР‚в„ў, initially slated as the albumРІР‚в„ўs opening track until РІР‚ВJoyrideРІР‚в„ў superseded it. The three-CD and 4LP editions offer plenty of demos, alternates and rare material. РІР‚ВFading Like A Flower (Every Time You Leave)РІР‚в„ў was a strong follow-up single and three further 45s reached the top 30 in most territories. Joyride was the groupРІР‚в„ўs third album and went on to sell 11m copies world wide. The album was an enormous success around the world in part thanks to the strong title track which reached number one virtually everywhere including America, where it was Marie Fredriksson and Per GessleРІР‚в„ўs fourth and final chart-topping single. A 30th anniversary edition of RoxetteРІР‚Вs 1991 album Joyride will be reissued in November.
